Meet Halina

Halina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a passionate nutrition and wellness expert. She has over 15 years of experience working with clients and patients of every age and various health issues. She has worked in clinical hospital settings as well as community and corporation programs. In her practice, she applies an integrative approach and uses a wide array of tools that goes far beyond a diet. She's convinced that real foods are a must for being healthy! She believes that small steps can lead to big results, also positive attitude and thoughts will accelerate the healing. Science based tests, customized nutrition supplementation, energy therapy and an active lifestyle play another big part in our life. She inspires people to take action to improve their health and to transform their lives. Knowing how busy life can be, Halina offers services to her clients in different ways. You can meet her in the office and have a face-to-face session or you can have a session on the phone, Skype or get information by email. Group sessions and workshops are also available.
